Visa approval, rejection, processing time, and final entry decisions remain with the embassy, consulate, visa centre, immigration authority, airline, or destination government.

Visa fees, service charges, appointment fees, courier charges, and related costs may be non-refundable once processing begins, depending on the authority or supplier involved.

Flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, sightseeing, insurance, visa services, destination management, and other travel services may be provided by third-party suppliers. Their own terms, fare rules, check-in rules, baggage rules, cancellation policies, refund timelines, amendment fees, and service limitations apply.

Mesmerize Holidays coordinates these services but is not the operator of every airline, hotel, cruise line, embassy, transport provider, attraction, or destination service included in a travel plan.

Change and cancellation requests are subject to supplier approval, availability, applicable fees, taxes, penalties, exchange differences, and Mesmerize Holidays service charges where applicable.
